What are Springfield's best-kept secrets?

I am primarily looking for a new place to hang out. The same ol' bars get really boring. Sports bars like Big Whiskey's, Skybox, Harbell's, and even national chains like Buffalo Wild Wings all taste and feel the same. Dive bars have fair drink prices and no personality. Night clubs are not my scene (but feel free to share if you know a best-kept secret night club).

It doesn't have to be a bar. Any place in Springfield that you'd consider a relatively unknown spot, share it!
