Caution! Blockchain.info shared send ate my coins

I used blockchain.info shared send service to deposit some coins to one of my addresses. Over 36 hours later they have still not arrived.
Tree view shows coins from a bunch of different addresses transferred to a 13.77 BTC address, something i might expect, but says they are "unspent and have no children". This is my first time looking at a tree view for a transaction, does this mean the coins are still being held by blockchain ? I'm still kindof a noob, has anyone else had experience with this kind of issue ? I emailed blockchain support but so far have just received an instant automated reply saying they are reviewing my support request.
