Don't order from Nawlins

Tried ordering some 2c-b from the vendor since he is highly recommended and ships domestically in the US.

Product never came, so I went to the resolution center to get a full refund but on the last day he finally got back to me.

Explained that he was having some issues with his shipper whatever, I gave him a second chance because of his good reputation. It's been almost ten days, he hasn't even opened any of my recent messages.

I'm trying to get my money back but since the order was 'resolved' I'm not sure I'll be able to...
