[Build Ready] First time builder ready to purchase

EDIT I just found a FANTASTIC deal on an i7 3770K and think I'm going to purchase it. Do I need to be worried about the motherboard compatibility or any other parts if I switch CPU's?

First time builder. Looking to play the newest games on the highest settings! How does it look?

I've been trying to decide between the Sapphire and this XFX card (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-video-card-fx797gtdfc). They are the same price with the rebates, so if one stands out as the better purchase please let me know.
