Looking for a specific live performance of Is This It, maybe r/TheStrokes can help

So several months ago I saw an amazing live performance of It This It, and I can't seem to find it. I remember it was snowing (or raining, not sure), and the wind was blowing through Julian's hair and coat as he sang and it looked absolutely amazing.
If anyone knows what performance I'm talking about and can share it with me I'd be eternally grateful.
