[Possible Bug] Beds

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but it is possible to sleep in beds. That means you can set your spawn in a town, and sprint back to where you died to kill your killer. I'm pretty sure this should be fixed. Also, is there a way to keep us from having books in our inventory? It gets annoying after a while having to drop them.
