Weekly Discussion: Beagle Active Probe(BAP)
Beagle Active Probe
The Beagle Active Probe (BAP) is a suite of enhancement technology that, when attached to general electronic sensors, enables the equipped unit to detect and classify other battlefield units.
| BAP | Numbers |
|---|---|
| Slots | 2 |
| Tons | 1.5 |
| Health | 10 |
| Cost | 400k |
| Type | Base | Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Targeting Range | 800m | 800m* |
| Target Information | 3s | 2.25s |
| Shutdown Targeting | NO | 120m |
*Upon testing this item, I have found that the 25% bonus targeting range is not working. Also, you can target mechs at around 802m

In this current meta, there really isn't much use for it. Targeting range would be helpful for scouting, except TAG would benefit more. Targeting Information wont really help much unless you have the 360 Target Retention module. Shutdown Targeting requires you to be at 120m, so lock breaking would still be effective unless you were hugging the enemy.

Sensor Range and Target Info Gathering are also modules, if you want to free up space.
Which mech would you guys like to see for Monday?
