Creating a bug mega-thread to make some Rioters' lives easier. Know how to trigger some obscure bug? Post it here!

One of the biggest hurdles with fixing bugs is actually being able to produce them on demand. Rioters like Ququroon have recently made clear how much it can help to have this info. If you have any detailed info on how to reproduce a bug, you can post it below with the following format:

Name of champion

• Name/short description of bug

• Severity of the bug (how badly does it impact the game, please use literal descriptions the only gamebreaking bugs are ones that actually break the game)

• How often the bug occurs

• Detailed description of symptoms of bug, what it does

• The important part, how to reproduce it. Please know for sure, having to second guess posts in this thread make it worthless. If you can, just hop into a custom and try it out. You don't have to be the one who discovered/shows it, just link to whatever it is in addition to talking about it. Videos can be a big help if the bug isn't straightforward (and are a surefire way to confirm a method). A step by step bullet list would probably be the best/simplist format for this part.

• Your own guess as to the cause/reason this bug occurs, also a chance to suggest an idea for a fix.

TL;DR: Bug mega-thread, post anything you know about bugs; something that seems obvious/common knowledge to you may not be known to the Rioters who need to fix it.
