Quick question about replacing a hard drive...

Right, so long story short: my wife's PC needs a new hard drive.

She has an eMachine (model: ET1331G-03w) which, according to the sticker on the side, takes a 750 GB HDD.

What sorts of things should I be aware of when buying a new HDD?
