Anyone here in Henrico County?

Look this sounds weird but I am afraid a guy I "know" who lives in Henrico County is ripping me off and I would just like to know if anyone knows him. I know its a long shot. I don't want to break any rules and post his name here but if anyone would like to help me catch a scammer (i think - ill find out for sure on monday!) I would love the help. Sorry details so sparse now too. Him and the host of fear factor have something in common.
