Any laundromat owners out there?

I ran into a deal for some commercial real estate that has a buildout and equipment for a self-serve laundromat, currently closed. I was wondering if anyone here owns or runs one, and what the normal profit margin might be if it's run well. I'm guessing something like a % per machine?
