Left Hand Drive

So I recently redid my schwinn cutter fixie (would post a picture but unsure of how to as I just signed up 5 mins ago). Anyways I have the flip flop back hub that allows it to be SS of Fixie. I choose to ride fixie like the rest of us! My question is I want to convert it to a left hand drive bike. Now in theory i'm thinking I don't need a different hub because the fixed cog is "fixed" to the hub via the lock ring (opposite threading) So no matter what way the cog turns the lock ring is always turning or trying to turn the other way. The problem is the crank/ chain ring portion. Would I need a new bottom bracket, crank set? And I have what is referred to as an english style bottom bracket which is a lot smaller than a BMX style bottom bracket. Is this something that is possible or am I wasting my time. I realize that this is only for appearance purposes but it would look BADASS! Thankyou in advance
