(Q) C3/C4 SNI or Drake Fit?

I'm a Caldari Missileboat pilot with pretty low SP who joined a small WH corp for fun, isk, and experience. When I joined, the corp was in a C4 with a C2 static, and my Drake could crush the C2 sites no problem, netting me decent isk/h depending on nanoribbon drops. However, the corp is now considering shipping up to a C4 with a C3 static; I know there's no chance of my Drake running C3's solo with my current skills, let alone at any appreciable speed. I'm at least 1.5 months from using a Tengu, since I need to train Cruiser 5/Subsystems, as well as get my shield/missile supports up. However, I do have a pimped-out Scorpion Navy Issue from my L4 running days.

So, with a pimped out SNI and a Drake, is there anything I could fit to facilitate running C3 or C4 sites, at least with a group? Or am I better off thanking this corporation for their time and moving on?
