Upgrading Phone, Need Insight

• Carrier: Verizon
• Current Phone: Droid RAZR Original
• Price Range: $200 and under (With 2-year plan)

Ok so I am upgrading because I need better battery life and just want something else. So far I am really considering Droid RAZR MAXX HD, Samsung Galaxy S III,and Droid Razr HD. Out of these, does anyone have some insight as to which is best and/or have any other suggestions for phones? Thanks.
