Identification please

I apologize ahead of time if this coin is some sort of arcade token or useless slug or something. I looked all over and typed searches for the symbols and couldn't find anything. It is the size of a US Quarter, and has the same symbols on both sides. No idea which way the symbols go because I couldn't even find them anywhere, which leads me to believe it's just an arcade token or something. In any case, figured I would ask. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give.
