Neighborly revenge

I live in an old house that was converted into 4 apartments, 2 on each floor. I'm on the bottom right, and for the most part haven't had any issues with any of my neighbors (one them is even a Redditor!).

However, the person above me has what must be the loudest bed ever. I can hear every time they get into and out of bed because it squeaks and creaks and it's right above my bedroom. They're usually up and at it around 5am. Last night I got home around 11 admittedly a little tipsy and decided some mac and cheese would really hit the spot. Sadly, I couldn't find my wooden spoon and had to use a metal one, and it made a very loud, very annoying scraping sound. Considering I can hear every conversation they have, I'm sure they could hear it. I made sure it was mixed up reeeeealllly good.

I also let the oven timer go off for about 5 minutes while I was mixing it. Passive aggressive revenge is best served hot.
