Does anyone know of any products that dehumidify cars?

My car is always fogging up even when it is dry outside. Obviously I have some trapped moisture in my car, as there is a little bit of a 'dank' smell developing. I use my air conditioner but I dont want use it all the time. Does anyone know of some kind of apparatus that wicks moisture out of the air? like a giant silica packet or something?
