NEED HELP with mermail genex atlantean deck build

hey guys! i just bought 2 atlantean structure decks and i have no idea what to do with them and i dont really know what im talking about here since i just started playing 2 weeks ago.

i want to build a competitive deck as cheap as possible that would survive any "bans" (ie grave keepers...?). . THANK YOU! :D
