Looking for help over an old deleted account

Hi there,

Something like 2 months ago, I deleted a Reddit account (OedNS), because I wanted it to be OeDNS. Obviously, the checking at account creation is not case sensitive (and you are keeping my old username busy) and I couldn't recreate my account as OeDNS nor OedNS. I asked the support twice but didn't get any answer.

As it always comes to a question : is it possible to either get my old username completely removed from your databases, or manually recover my old account as OeDNS ?

Just read on the FAQ that...

No. It is not possible to change your username after you create it. This includes modifying your current username in any way. Please note that if your account is deleted, nobody can ever use that username again. Usernames cannot be recycled and accounts cannot be reopened.

I find too bad that we cannot even change the case of our username, which is - in my dev opinion - a missing feature.
