Anyone here use house and garden amino treatment? Need some help. details in comments.

i was wondering if for the first water in soil, after the seeds have germinated do you use the amino treatment? i germed some seeds in cups of water, once they sprouted i put them in soil and watered them with H&G root excel (3m/10L) and H&G amino treatmeant (2ml/10L) (ph at 6.2), this was about 2 days ago, still nothing has popped out of the soil. just wondering if i started too quick on the amino treatment?

I know its only been 2 days and probably just worrying over nothing, but in the past they have popped up abit quicker, i would at least expect too see them by now. when do you guys usually start with the amino treatment?
