How to access Game of Thrones Season 2 Easter Eggs (deleted scenes)?

I've done quite a bit of Googling, and so far I have found instructions on how to view Easter Eggs from Season 1, courtesy of IGN, and also a plethora if links with embedded YouTube clips with (four) deleted scenes from Season 2.

But I would love to learn how to access Season 2's Easter Eggs myself, so I don't have to view them in rancid YouTube quality on a small screen. Has anyone dug up any information on how to unlock these on the Blu Ray? Thanks very much in advance.
