What is the most optimized character you have ever seen. All systems are welcome.

I am more specifically speaking about games where are the optimizing is hurting the flow of the game. I.E. a combat monkey in a game of political intrigue. Or just one player that is optimizing but not having the decency to not use cheap rules exploits.
