I am considering direct sales/direct marketing as a supplementary income. I know every company has different commissions, down line commissions, and investments.

But can this really be profitable?

If you've done or do this sort of work, please reply! What company do you work with, what is your average monthly profit, and how often do you do parties or sign up new representatives?

I've tried doing research and most of the sites that have legitimate answers don't give specific numbers or experiences, just general "If you put in the time, yea you can make some money from it." I'd really like to see some specifics!
