Help! I need to compile 40+ geodatabases and their feature classes!

I am doing a fire model, and after digitizing the landscape in pieces, using the shape of a hexagon per geodatabase, I need to now compile these geodatabases into one, to have a complete file of the landscape.

I am open to assistance in via python script for iterating a merge, or using a merge tool for a large number of the geodatabases.

Any thoughts? This problem has been grinding my gears and I would appreciate any feedback.
