Help with shotgun sequencing calculations!

Hi! I was wondering if someone would be able to help me understand the difference between clone coverage calculations and sequence coverage calculations in shotgun cloning? I understand what each represents but am unsure about how to actually do the calculations so examples would be much appreciated! Thanks!
