UCLA v Stanford v UC Berkley?

The program I attend has a 50% acceptance to any given UC. My question is what are the advantages/ disadvantages of attended the colleges listed above. You may want to take into consideration that I want to go to a Med School, I am a Persian, I have an IQ of over 145+ and I am still a freshman. My current GPA is 3.8 but I wil be taking 2 AP courses and 3 Honors classes next year and about 4 AP classes junior year.
