OneNote PDF OCR on the Surface Pro

Has anyone had success with OneNote 2013 properly doing OCR on PDF documents? Whenever I import/print a PDF into OneNote, searching for text in the PDF in OneNote highlights things in the wrong places. If I do the same thing on my desktop computer, searching correctly highlights the proper parts of the text.

I've found that if I change the text scaling on my pro to 100%, down from the default of 150%, this issue seems to go away, although at the cost of now having small text.

Anyone experiencing similar issues?
