I want to buy this dress and style it with my belt buckle, but I have no idea what I'm doing.
I thought a quick explanatory title would be best. I want to buy this dress tomorrow as I've been eyeing it up:

I love it, however my current style is more "fighting aliens/grey skinny jeans" if that can even be a style. :p Because of this, I own this amazing belt buckle which I've been wanting to wear on show for SO LONG.

It's pretty chunky, and I notice the dress has a tiny belt. Is there any way I can style it to have a chunkier belt (with the buckle) and look at all okay? I was thinking having the belt low on my hips, but I admit I know nothing of being stylish/socially acceptable.
As an aside, would red boots ever match this dress? Any help AT ALL would be greatly appreciated, I'm trying to become more clothing-aware but it's a slow process. </3
Edit: I wouldn't be wearing the dress buttoned all the way up as in the picture, I prefer a more casual look.
