[Where are you, Lysander?]
You call it flirting
I say its my personality
You say I'm lying
I swear its the truth
I tried to be lady like
But you made me a mess
I will no longer act, like a stuck up princess
You cursed at my crown
You have made me renowned
For lacking emotion,
And being earth bound.
So I swore by Athena
That I'd show you the light
But just like Poseidon
You just didn't catch sight.
So like Hades to Persephone
Your love I did steal
And with your father, I struck up a deal
With your love ignited
We stole through the night
Like Hermia and Lysander
To the woods we took flight
We ran and we ran
Until out souls began to shout
And that night, real rest came about
Just as a Mid- Summer Nights Dream
I had awoke, to find my Lysander
Chasing after Helena!
It broke my poor heart, to see you with that hyna
Laughing and smiling , taking all that was mine
So with this rhyme,
It's time to say goodbye..
