Soccer Fields in California

So I like in the Los Angeles area and my friends and I are always looking for fields to play at. There are tons of parks all over but we all either have work or jobs and can only play at night. This is when AYSO, Little League, Tennis Classes, etc are happening. We have tried to go to the city to pay for a permit to use the fields or pay to have a key to the lights because they are routinely turned off. Does anyone else have this problem and if so what are your solutions? I would love to create a website that has the schedules of all the fields in an area and allow people to create "games" and "check-in" at certain times. Thoughts, I just need to solve this predicament.
