Will i run any problems running this capture card with my PC?

Hey guys, i'm thinking of getting an Avermedia Game Broadcaster HD. I built a PC with this graphics card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202011 and i also have this monitor http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009442. the monitor has a DVI and VGA port, and my motherboard is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130639&Tpk=msi%20h61m-p31%20%28g3%29%20motherboard&IsVirtualParent=1 . i was wondering if i would run into any problems, and i heard a lot of people complaining about audio problems. will i run into any at all?
