Sad music
I've come to believe that the music I listen to has a huge impact on how I feel. It's like when I listen to sad music with very meaningful lyrics, I can relate, and it just sends me even deeper into my depression. I think too much, overanalyze, panic about the smallest things and my memories begin to haunt me. I... I'm too aware of myself.
I do feel better now, new friends, people who care just a little bit, but I still have a lot of problems. I have a radio that plays the music I like, (like pandora) and I've realized that almost all it plays is sad music, and it really pulls me down, was I really so depressed? I still am, I can still relate, I just don't focus that much on my depression anymore. I'm busy giving fucks about what people think about me, not because it's better but.. it's only been fucking 2 weeks, and I don't want it to end. The music just drags me down, harder than I think. It's beautiful, but depressing, we need to keep our minds busy.
Jut think about it, music means a lot to me and is probably a big part of your life too, it helps us getting through the hard times, but sometimes you just get caught in the same pattern, the habits. The habits of thinking you're worthless when you're not, that people hate you when they don't. You're beautiful, inside and out.
Well, sorry. Best wishes, hug.
