Noob Question But...
...If your heat sink, more specifically the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO comes with pre-applied thermal paste, do you need to apply thermal paste to the CPU? Also 212 EVO is a pretty popular cpu cooler so does it come with pre-applied thermal paste or do I have to buy thermal paste?
