How to play .mkv on the PS3?

The PS3 seems to play all video files apart from .mkv

Anyone know how I can do this?
Thanks

edit: Thanks for replies. edit2: formatting

• Mkv2vob seems to be what I was looking for. It's batch converting all my files, although failing on a few here and there.

• ps3muxer converted some files mkv2vob failed at, however provides hardly any encoding options and uses .m2ts

• PS3 MediaServer, although a great idea, is far too unreliable and difficult. Troubleshooting is far too time consuming for what should be a simple product.

Conclusion? You'll probably need to have all three installed if you're going to be doing this type of thing often.
