29 [M4F] NYC - friends first, take it slow kind of thing

I'm 29, originally from out west, and looking to find someone in an unconventional way. I'm very introverted, can be shy especially with dating, and not looking to move quickly. I'm seeking someone to simply spend time with and get to know. I would like to go to Broadway shows, try new restaurants, museums, anything along that route.

I'm average size, Caucasian, don't smoke, drink on the weekends, have no tattoos, kids, or ex wives. I'm open minded about most things, the only turnoffs to me are obesity (no you don't have to be barbie-doll!) , major tattoos (sorry one or 2 can be cute but entire sleeves just look weird to me), smoking (c'mon, it says right on the box they kill you), and drug use beyond pot.

I want someone who does better in quiet, relaxed places. I am flexible but if you prefer noisy crowded spots it's just going to make me extremely uncomfortable and you probably wont be able to hear me speak.

I guess you could say my motto for my life is "go big or stay home". I do stay home a lot. But when I commit to doing something, even though I may put it off for months or years, I do it big. It would be cool to find someone who appreciates that.
