NSV: I don't look quite as pregnant anymore!

About me: 21 year old female, 5'2", starting weight was 150 pounds, and goal weight is 115.

Never thought I'd be one for progress pics, and this is only 10 pounds down! But here you go: http://imgur.com/a/M0vPn

When I took those first pictures back in January, I was surprised to see how big my belly had gotten. I had always gained weight primarily in my hips and thighs, but never this much in my belly. So that was upsetting.

But after losing ten pounds, it was really, really nice to see some of that weight disappear from my belly. It shows most in the side view, which is why that's all I posted.

I've just been counting calories, and trying to do things like not eat late at night, and try to eat breakfast. Also eating a lot of Progresso light soups, because they're delicious and filling for few calories.

It's taken me a while to lose these first 10 pounds, and I didn't really feel like I had lost anything, but comparing these pictures was really encouraging! I know I have a long way to go, but it's nice to see actual changes happen to your body.

Anyway, I stalk this subreddit a lot, but rarely post...but thank yall for being encouraging and posting nice things that encourage me! I've been overweight since I was about 10, and I've dieted so many times, and despaired over my lot in life more than I like to admit. But I really want this to be the effort that works, and not just another in a series of ups and downs in terms of my weight.
