Can someone see if I'm on the right track for using methods? [Java]

I am mostly confused on how to declare the methods correctly and have them invoked in the right order in the main. More in particular, I am confused on how to call the method "reportHeader()" in the main. Obviously I still need to cut/paste some pieces of the code in the "processReport()" to other methods.
