Account got hacked 2 weeks ago, getting nowhere with riot support. Need help

I submitted a ticket when I got hacked about 2 weeks ago and got asked lots of questions to make sure I am the owner. I answered as best as i could considering I have had the account for a very long time. After getting through the first and second lot of questions to the best of my knowledge and memory they simply stopped responding to me. I am using the same IP I usually do, and also I have fully checked my PC for viruses and keyloggers I am not trying to make a point about riot or their support, I just want my account back.
