Do you believe it is unethical for a church to NOT disclose detailed financial statements?

Moreover, how many churches do disclose this? If Any?

I find that as community institutions, churches must be held accountable to its congregation and staff. I'm looking into a specific "Mega Church" at the moment, and they provide no financial statements. Just statements on church governance (which are relatively vague (and suspicious)).
