[troubleshooting] Graphics card crashing on login

I recently built a computer and up until today everything has worked flawlessly. Now whenever I login, my graphics driver crashes, recovers, freezes for a few seconds and then restarts the system. I am running win8 ultimate, nvidia 670 ftw card and 314.22 drivers. I tried rolling back the drivers to 314.07 and the problem still persists. Without the card installed the system boots and runs great.

edit: EVGA suggested an RMA since the system wouldn't boot in safe mode with the card installed. Also thanks for all of the suggestions.
