Saab 900, 1996 model, only driven 85000km/52000miles, manual transmission. Set price on approx. 3500 USD

So I know absolutely nothing about cars, and wanted to ask what you think about this offer? Is this too expensive or is it a good deal? It's been owned by the same guy ever since 1996. All answers are appreciated!
