Can't answer phone calls, would like some help.

When someone calls me, it looks like this and when I touch the "answer" or "decline" buttons, nothing happens. Also, my lockscreen doesn't have the darkness around the time or the slide to unlock area. I think I remember changing something in iFile, and would like to know where its located to fix that.
