new to Toronto, is this a dangerous area at 2am on a Saturday night?

I'm going to a concert at the Phoenix Theatre in Toronto late on a Saturday night. After the concert (probably around midnight to 2am) I'll be alone heading back to my hotel near Young and Carleton.

It's not a long distance, but is that a safe area and a safe walk (for a clean cut late 30s guy), or should I get a taxi (feels silly to get a cab for a short distance like that).
