Hotel (Hospitality) Management Software.

I acquired a few condominium units, and I've been running them as vacation rentals. Thanks to some creative marketing ideas all of my units are filling up relatively quickly and what I need is some good hospitality management software to help me organize; (bookings, inquires, checkins, checkout, cleaning crews, finances etc) Any Ideas?

I considered using a CRM but intuitively it feels a bit "off". Cheap or Free is better but I'll explore any options. I'd prefer a cloud based system as I'm running PC's & Macs.
