[Help] Quick question.

Hey all,

I'm taking cipralex for anxiety/depression, woke up today in a daze and passed back out then when I woke back up I realized I was late and hurried out of bed. Almost 10 hours later I can't remember if I took my medication today, (1 per day in the morning) so what I'm asking is if it is harmful to take 2 pills in 1 day (assuming I did take it) or taking the pill half way through the day is harmful. Sorry for my stupid question.
