Will this camcorder be suitable for my specific needs?

Hey Guys, Some friends and I are planning on making some "public prank videos" for YouTube and the like. We are potentially looking at getting a camcorder - which one should we get? -> Must not be really shaky when we are filming while walking outside. -> Full HD quality. -> Relatively good audio. -> Doesn't break the bank.

Maybe this one? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-Handycam-CX190-Full-Camcorder/dp/B006W74H1S/ref=sr_1_1?s=photo&ie=UTF8&qid=1365893011&sr=1-1
