New race mod for Skyrim

So I was thinking, because I'm a dragon ball z fan, that a new race mod could be like a Saiyan. Your power could be turning super saiyan for a period of time and could only be used once a day, also your character would look like a Nord but with a Khajiit tail. (Not sure if mod is out there but I'm a console user so I don't know)
