Server issues?

I cant seem to connect to the survival server or the mumble. I dont have any messages concerning a ban or anything and I cant get the ban appeal page to load in order to find out for sure.

I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? If it's a ban I would like to appeal if at all possible. Thank you.
