Any comprehensive "pro level" hotkey / control tips guide?

Being a plat with under a 100 1v1s played but lots of pro game stream and league level spectating, I feel I'm missing some advanced tips for proper unit control and macro in my games and I would like to avoid bad habits. Google search revealed just some keyword whoring articles with no value, so I thought I'd ask around here. Any suggestions?

I don't mean "don't click icons, use control groups etc.", rather something more in-depth like how to do lighning fast injects, how to send probes back to mining to both extractors and then mins in a second, how to queue a worker to gas returning the mineral first, medivac drop while flying - that level of stuff. Btw, playing HotS protoss. Thanks for anything!
