Customer Loyalty, Referrals and Rewards Software for Service Business?

I am trying to help a friend who owns a service business. Nutrition/Trainer.

I'm taking care of getting his website setup, analytics, mailing list, PPC, social, display etc. 

What software do you guys use for customer loyalty, referrals and rewards? I'm trying to go all SaaS here.
